Wow guys (as if anyone was reading this, anyway, I don't give a damn!), WOW GUYS!
I know that's probably not a big deal for you all around the world. After all, France's only a tiny little country on Earth, but I can tell you, this night is nothing such as small for us. For me. For young, old people, for everyone in our country. As our new president said it once (and more) "Le changement c'est maintenant": Change's for now! Things are already changing right now. I don't know how to put it. Today is quite the turning point of our old fifth republic. Or so do we hope. And he'd better not disappoint us now or ever again!

Lazing on a sunny afternoon.
Since last week I really can't stop watching Good Morning England. That's the best movie about the sixties I've ever seen.
I have to admit it, I didn't work much these holidays. But I'm not really worried, the remorses will come in time. For now, I just enjoy. And you really should listen to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1h1oRP7FfBw (if you like the old 'rock' music).

News in life!

So, although nothing IS really new, I've had plenty of things happening since the last journal entry and I thought for a while of changing it. So now, here I do! I just couldn't let this old one there, could I?
Anyway, I've been in Tournai this week-end, and that was great. Everyone (or almost) were in fancy dress, some looking great, other not at all, but all were happy, smiling, laughing, having a great time partying... And so did I! I've drank many a beer, good ones cheap, I've found some Kriek again, my dream, I've missed it. And YES it's a WOMAN beer, so am I (a girl, not a beer, gosh) and so do I love (the both, right!!!) Too bad ya :i

Though I'm not in love with every picture of you, I watched them all with great interest. I find some kind of harmony in the whole of your art, something that puzzles me, and even if it didn't make me become a great fan, I find it interesting and I somehow like it.
Although it ain't the style I usually rather watch. For instance, I'm quite fond of Haunted, it gives a real feeling of danger, of something darker we can't see yet. Couldn't explain why I liked it so much, but it's impressive.
Anyway, about Lady Luck, I like the picture, but when I get to the details, I guess something doesn't really work. First I don't like the hat, which is a bit too golden for my taste, would it be more brown and old-looking, I think I'd like it better.
As for the woman, she is gorgeous and seems to play the character quite well, but her nails break the harmony in a way. And the green background maybe IS a bit too green, I mean, it makes the picture look good and bad at the same time (if I can say so, I dunno how to explain it). Besides, why is there some dice felling nearby her belly? As it is, we etheir do not see them enough or see them too much.
Well, to end on a happier word, I'm truly fond of what she wears, the (huge) cards, and her haircut.
