So, here comes the VERY VERY IMPORTANT stuff I had to do. I just couldn't go to sleep without doing it. It is a birthday gift, for Amanda Fucking Palmer ( [link] )
BUT before go visiting her wonderful page, and songs, read this journal! You'll understand better what is all this trip !

Well, Amanda Fucking Palmer is a singer. A really artist. I discovered her, and The Dresden Dolls, thanks to Marie ( ) two years ago, maybe three, during the summer. And I love her (Marie, but Amanda too ). Let's go to the point of all this, Ok? Yeah. Let's go to it without anymore babbling. I think you'll like it better.

So, last Tuesday, I mean April the 30th, it was Amanda's Birthday. And she asked as a birthday gift, in a mail to who is in the mailing list, to make know her! I quote here, to make you understand better (oh, by the way, the mail's title is 'What I want for my birhtday. Really.' ):

"lots of you have asked me WHAT I WANT for my birthday.

i am going to actually ask, for the first time in my life, for a gift. from you. my people.

here is what i'd like for my birthday:

please take this moment in time and think about one person, any person, who you think might like my music and my art. someone who doesn't know it.
someone who does not have amanda fucking palmer in their life and might like her there.
this does not have to be a peer. it could be a child, a mother, an ex, an uncle, an befriended enemy, a co-worker, a long-lost friend, a whatever. ANYONE.

Ok, you understand better? This is the first part of my gift. But I want to do more than that, so that's only the first part. I think there will be three parts, at least. If my plan goes well, it could be five of them! I'll make you know the progress of the project

I took a lot of time of my sleeping time to do it... so perhaps could you take A LITTLE HOUR of YOUR time to read it and watch the clips? PLEASE, just do it. It REALLY WORTH it. Do you think I would accept to sleep only a hour this night if it didn't? Seriously. So, PLEASE, do it... Read,listen, watch, love or just like (you can't hate her, she's so wonderful!) her and the songs, make her know arround you to your turn... PLEASE! It is not very very complex, is it? If you like it and make it know, I'll know my poor sleep isn't lost for nothing!

Well, I make you know her, cause I think nobody can lives without her 8D (me, exaggerate? NEVER!) and I want to give her what she asks I guess put it here is effective. I hope so, at least.
